What will you do?
- Deliver production enablement sessions through instructor-led training, eLearning, and tech stack training.
- Translate performance data into actionable coaching insights for sales leadership, connecting enablement activity to business outcomes.
- Create and curate high-impact training materials in partnership with our client, updating content based on field feedback, product changes, and performance data.

- Participate in cross-functional planning for launch readiness, methodology rollouts, tool deployments, and change management, and represent enablement in operational forums.

What will you need to succeed?
- Comfort navigating performance dashboards, interpreting trends, and connecting data signals to enablement actions.
- Ability to diagnose whether a performance gap stems from skill, reinforcement, process confusion, tool limitations, or role misalignment.
- A track record of producing training content that is accurate, audience-appropriate, and aligned to learning objectives.
