We are a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 500 organizations in the past seven years.

Sales Executive Outbond

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote training products and generate new sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound sales activities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Present training programs and recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and negotiate to close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate sales pipeline records.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or business development.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
5. Proactive, target-driven, and confident in approaching new clients.
6. Experience in B2B sales or selling training products is a plus.
7. Familiarity with ISO standards and management systems is an advantage.
8. Willingness to be placed in Yogyakarta.
