About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Singapore. Only open to Singaporeans or Singapore PR. Two (2) vacancies available due to growth of business pipeline. A typical scope will require you to deliver exceptional and functional spaces based on our clients' brief. You will have to plan and manage the project timeline and works to be on time and on target. You are responsible to convert leads provided to you by the company and if possible, bring in your own leads.

What you'll be doing

· Consult with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, timeline and any other requirements.

· Conduct site surveys and measurements to gather necessary information

· Produce detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to bring clients’ visions to life.

· Select and sourcing appropriate materials, furnishings, and decor elements

· Plan project timeline and work-in-progress updates for various stakeholders.

· Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

· Oversee the installation and implementation of the final design.

· Conduct site visits to monitor design execution and quality of work.

· Resolve issues that arise during the process from engagement of client to post-handover of project within warranty period, with stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance to safety and regulatory requirements.

· Provide post-completion support and address any client queries or concerns

· Develop sales pipeline by converting leads from the company’s network, and bringing in your own leads and customers.

What we're looking for

· A degree, diploma or background in Interior Design or a related field, or at least 3 years of practical experience in a relevant industry

· Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Coohom, etc.

· Excellent understanding of design principles, spatial planning, and material selection

· Able to translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and visually appealing designs.

· Fluent or at least comfortable with communicating in Chinese.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment

· Able to commence work within a short notice period

· Fresh graduates with a relevant portfolio are welcomed to apply.
