You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, setting ambitious targets, monitoring performance, and turning sales opportunities into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a structured outbound calling system, including lead management, call processes, scripts, follow-ups, and conversion tracking.
  • Establish a systematic approach to lead generation, qualification, follow-up, conversion, and customer retention.
  • Identify the most effective sales channels, customer segments, and approaches to maximize conversion and revenue.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take immediate action when targets or KPIs are not being met.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales scripts, guidelines, playbooks, and best practices for the team.
  • Continuously optimize the sales funnel, sales processes, and customer journey to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
  • Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, and other relevant teams to align sales activities with business and product goals.
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and provide regular performance reports and insights to management.
  • Take ownership of the sales plan and ensure the team remains focused on achieving agreed revenue and sales targets.
  • Continuously research the market and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and improve the company's sales approach.
  • Establish a strong performance-driven sales culture based on accountability, measurable results, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales, including proven experience in a sales leadership or team lead role.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Strong experience in building and optimizing sales processes and sales teams.
  • Experience setting up or managing a Sales Force / CRM system and sales reporting processes.
  • Hands-on experience with outbound sales and calling operations, including lead qualification, scripts, follow-ups, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion rates, lead management, and customer acquisition.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use sales data to make business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to work independently, make decisions, and take full ownership of the sales function.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup, or high-growth environment is an advantage.
  • Experience in iGaming, technology, SaaS, or other digital products will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
