Arabic-English Inbound Sales Executive | Remote | Full-Time

Location: Dubai

Budget: AED 12,000- 14,000 + Commissions

A premium international wellness and beauty business is looking for an experienced Arabic-English Inbound Sales Executive to join its sales team.

This is a genuine sales and conversion role, focused on turning inbound enquiries into confirmed consultations and paying clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to inbound leads via WhatsApp, phone, email and social media
• Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their needs
• Handle objections around pricing, timing and commitment
• Convert enquiries into consultations and sales
• Proactively follow up with undecided and unresponsive leads
• Manage an active sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records
• Work towards conversion, sales and revenue targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inbound sales, lead conversion and closing
• Strong objection handling and follow-up skills
• Confident selling through WhatsApp, phone and social media
• Experience in a luxury, premium or high-value service environment is highly desirable
• Fluent English and Arabic
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently
• Flexible availability for morning or evening hours, including one weekend day

This is a part-time remote opportunity, with candidates ideally based in the UAE.
