Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to identify prospects and close deals. You'll research and qualify potential clients, then convert them into paying customers for our affordable website services.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify Philippine MSMEs needing websites (restaurants, cafes, spas, etc.)
Qualify leads through email, social media outreach, and online research
Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, Google Maps, Facebook, and other platforms
Create and execute outreach campaigns via email, DM, and messaging apps
Conduct product demos and explain VikaPH's value proposition
Handle objections and negotiate pricing within approved ranges
Close deals for monthly, annual, and 5-year website plans
Maintain CRM records and track sales pipeline
Track and report lead quality and conversion metrics

Requirements

Experience in sales and lead generation (non-call preferred)
Strong written communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google for prospecting
Comfortable with email, video calls, and messaging apps
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Understanding of websites and digital marketing is a plus
Familiarity with Philippine MSME landscape is a plus

Compensation

Start: Commission-based (20% on monthly/annual plans, 30% on 5-year plans)
Note: Commission is based on current price of promo applied at time of sale
Payout: Weekly (one-time cashout per client, not recurring)
Upon Transition: Transition to Fixed Rate with Quota (hourly rate or fixed monthly salary, based on performance and fit)
Salary Schedule: Fixed salary paid twice monthly

Work Schedule

Schedule: Weekdays, Philippine Time (for local clients)
