We are Hiring for a very Exciting & Rewarding Sales Manager Oppurtunity with a Thriving & Growing Brokerage firm based in the Midlands!

This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager who is passionate about sales, building strong customer relationships, and driving business growth.

The role offers an attractive salary of €80,000–€100,000 (DOE), alongside uncapped commission, providing excellent earning potential for a driven Sales Manager.

The Role:

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Financial Advisors to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Drive new business development by identifying opportunities to grow the client base and increase revenue.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to support the company’s continued growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, business partners and key stakeholders.
• Oversee the sales pipeline, monitor performance and identify opportunities to maximise conversion rates.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager role, ideally within financial services or wealth management
• Hold a QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) qualification
• A strong track record of achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth and developing new business
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a high-performing sales team
• A client-focused approach, with the ability to build long-term relationships and deliver tailored financial solutions.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
