Sales Manager – Specialty (Cosmetics) Chemicals | BeNeLux

📍 BeNeLux (hybrid, with 30% travel minimum) | Full-time, permanent

We’re partnering with an owner-managed, international specialty chemicals producer and distributor to find a Sales Manager for their BeNeLux business.

What you’ll be doing

• Driving sales of specialty chemicals across BeNeLux, focusing on Cosmetics & Personal Care, Household and Industrial & Institutional Care
• Managing and growing existing key accounts, and winning new customers
• Building long-term strategic relationships with customers, including support on joint development projects
• Working closely with manufacturers and partners, including joint customer visits
• Representing the business at trade fairs and contributing to market analysis, product launches and pricing

What we’re looking for

• Around 10 years’ experience in specialty chemicals, ideally in personal care, home care or I&I
• Strong technical understanding of products and applications. A chemistry degree is welcome but not essential, and experience counts for more.
• Commercial people with solid product knowledge, or technical experts (applications, technical service, formulation) ready to take the step into sales
• An existing network across relevant industries in the region
• Fluent Dutch and English; French is a strong advantage
• Comfortable with regular travel (30%+) and a confident, customer-focused approach
