  • Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to sales budget planning and delivery.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities and initiate activities supporting further sales growth.
  • Build and develop long-term relationships with key customers, business partners and Key Opinion Leaders.
  • Support the team in key negotiations, sales projects and tender processes.
  • Monitor the market, competitors, trends and customer needs, and translate these insights into business opportunities and actions.

  • Monitor the effective use of demo products to support the development of sales opportunities and investment projects.
  • Work closely with Service and other functions across the organization to ensure a high-quality, comprehensive customer offering and experience.
  • Oversee key elements of the sales process, including investment projects, tenders, installations and post-sales activities.
  • Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the team, including work organization and employee capability development.
  • Ensure that sales activities comply with company procedures, quality standards, ethical principles and compliance requirements.

What are we looking for?

  • Hands-on experience in managing sales performance, KPIs, pipelines, forecasts and budgets.
  • The ability to translate business strategy into clear team objectives, priorities and actions.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to build engagement and accountability within the team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to build strong, long-term partnerships with key customers.
  • A strong results orientation combined with a genuine focus on developing people.
  • Independence, accountability and confidence in decision-making.
  • The ability to effectively prioritize and deliver results in a changing business environment.
  • A university degree.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and confidence in working with CRM systems.
  • A Category B driving licence and willingness to travel within Poland.

What kind of leader are we looking for?
