📍 Job Location: Remote

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities

• Bring new IT projects, clients, and business deals to the company

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

• Conduct client outreach, presentations, and business discussions

• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, and other channels

• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business opportunities

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline

• Meet assigned sales and business development targets

🎓 Requirements

• Minimum BCA or equivalent IT-related Bachelor's degree

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal

• Good understanding of the IT/Software industry

• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills

• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven

• Previous experience in IT Sales / Business Development will be an advantage
