Yango Group is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. In this role, you will provide essential administrative, operational, and analytical assistance to ensure the organization runs efficiently. You will also manage workflows, maintain databases, handle correspondence, and develop reports.
You will be responsible for:
• Managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling internal and external correspondence • Gathering data, analyzing key performance metrics, and preparing reports for management • Identifying inefficiencies and assisting in implementing solutions to improve operational workflows • Maintaining organized records and auditing administrative functions to ensure company standards are met • Acting as a central point of contact for teams, addressing inquiries, and assisting with project management
