Plaith is a marketing team of humans and AI that creates, tests and optimizes Facebook and Instagram ads for small and medium-sized businesses around the clock. At a fixed monthly price instead of expensive agency hours. Plaith is already on the market internationally, and because the team is AI-powered, clients can be served in any country.

We are now building our own sales team for it. Our focus is Dubai and the UAE, but we don’t like limits: If your home market is somewhere else, you’re just as welcome.

Why the product is easy to sell, an example:

With the current offer, the client pays a one-time ad credit of €1,000 and receives an extra €100 on top every month for 24 months. That turns €1,000 into €2,400 of additional ad budget. One real client spent €200 on ads over 14 days and won a single project worth €12,400. That’s an individual case, but it shows what’s possible.

What you’ll do:

• Reach out to business owners: service providers, consultants, real estate agents, restaurants, local shops, online stores
• Use your network, whether in Dubai or in your own market
• Run first conversations and take prospects through to closing or to a meeting with us
• Set your own hours and work from wherever you like

What you get:

• 25% recurring commission. Not once, but every month for as long as your client stays
• Ready-to-use sales materials, a presentation and support in your first conversations
• A product without borders: Your market is as big as your network

Commission example:

On the Start package (€799 per month), that would be around €200 per client per month. With 10 clients, you’d build up around €2,000 in recurring monthly income. Actual commission depends on the package the client chooses.

What you bring:

• You enjoy talking to people, by phone or video
• Self-motivation: You don’t need anyone to call you in the morning
• Fluent English, German is a plus. Other languages such as Arabic, Russian or Hindi are a big advantage

Important upfront: There is no fixed salary. You work as an independent sales partner and earn through commission only. In return, it’s generous and grows with every client you add.
