Role Description This full-time Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in Qesm El Maadi, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales Representative will identify and engage potential customers, present AMAN’s financial and payment solutions, and guide customers through product features and benefits. Daily activities include conducting sales visits or calls, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and following up on leads to convert them into active customers. The role also involves preparing and updating sales reports, meeting assigned targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and service experience. The Sales Representative will gather market and customer feedback to help improve offerings and support the company’s growth and financial inclusion objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing skills, including relationship building, negotiation, and persuasive communication.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends, and provide feedback to improve products and services.
• Proficiency with digital tools ( MS Office, mobile applications) to track activities and maintain accurate records.
