Sales Representative

Role Description This part-time Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in Abu Dhabi, with both on-site client meetings and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Representative will engage prospective clients, understand their property requirements, and present suitable real estate options aligned with their needs and budgets. Daily activities include managing inquiries, conducting property tours (virtual and in-person), coordinating with developers and partners, and maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities. The role involves preparing proposals, supporting clients through negotiation and documentation, and ensuring a professional, client-focused experience from first contact through closing. The Sales Representative will also help monitor market trends and share insights with the team to enhance service offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship skills, including active listening, clear communication, and a service-oriented mindset.
• Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience converting leads into successful transactions.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, managing time effectively between on-site meetings in Abu Dhabi and remote tasks.
• Basic understanding of real estate processes, documentation, and property market dynamics (experience in Mumbai or UAE markets is an advantage).
• Proficiency with digital tools such as CRM systems, email, and productivity applications for tracking leads and preparing reports.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple clients and properties, and meet agreed performance targets.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages commonly spoken in the region is beneficial.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate advisory is preferred; relevant coursework or certifications in business or real estate are a plus.
