There’s no cold calling —every lead has already inquired and asked us to contact them. Our appointment-setting team books your calendar , so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, guiding prospects, and closing sales. You’ll help motivated adults understand how Achieve can accelerate their degrees and career paths, delivering a mix of purpose and performance in every conversation. What You’ll Do: Conduct scheduled phone or video consultations with warm, qualified leads. Guide prospective students through our program offerings and enrollment process. Use a consultative approach to identify goals, address concerns, and drive enrollment decisions. Maintain a full pipeline through consistent follow-up and calendar management. Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals. Motivated, goal-driven, and energized by income potential. Excellent communicator with strong empathy, persuasion, and follow-up skills. Organized and self-disciplined in a remote environment.
