Sales Representative (Remote)

Palmway Pools is a fast-growing pool service and repair company serving Pinellas County, Florida.

We're looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative who knows how to build rapport, uncover customer needs, overcome objections, follow up consistently, and close business.

You'll work with a steady flow of inbound leads while also making outbound calls, following up on open opportunities, re-engaging older leads, and prospecting for new business.

This is a true sales position—not customer service or order taking.

What You'll Do

• Respond quickly to inbound calls and online leads
• Make outbound and cold calls to generate new opportunities
• Qualify prospects and understand their needs
• Schedule service and diagnostic appointments
• Present services, repair estimates, and recommendations
• Handle objections and confidently ask for the sale
• Follow up consistently until a decision is made
• Re-engage old leads and past customers
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurate CRM notes
• Ensure no qualified opportunity falls through the cracks

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a proven track record in sales who is comfortable both closing inbound opportunities and creating opportunities through outbound calling.

You should:

• Have excellent spoken and written English
• Be confident and professional on the phone
• Be comfortable with cold calling
• Know how to build rapport and ask effective sales questions
• Be confident handling objections and asking for the sale
• Be persistent without being pushy
• Stay highly organized with follow-ups
• Be motivated by goals, KPIs, and results
• Be able to work independently without constant supervision

Experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, electrical, restoration, pest control, pool service, or other service-based sales is a major plus.

Pool industry experience is not required. We can teach you pools. We're looking for someone who already knows how to sell.
