Nuraya Collection is Hiring: Investment Sales Agent

📍 Dubai | Hybrid | 4-Month Contract with extension into full time for top performers

💰 Monthly base + commission

We’re developing a luxury hospitality project in Zanzibar and looking for confident, experienced sales agents to convert investor interest into committed investments.

What You’ll Do

• Manage investor inquiries across email, WhatsApp, social media and referrals.
• Call prospective investors, understand their interests and explain the project clearly.
• Handle objections, follow up consistently and close sales.
• Coordinate meetings with the founder and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline.
• Support investors through documentation and onboarding.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience in investment products, luxury real estate, wealth management or other high-value opportunities.
• Excellent spoken and written English, with confidence leading calls and meetings.
• Strong closing skills, organisation and follow-through.
• Dubai-based and available to start immediately.

Commitment & Working Arrangement

• Full-time commitment of 45+ hours per week for four months. This is not a side role.
• Work from our Dubai office at least three days per week, with remote work the rest of the time.
• No visa sponsorship during the four-month contract. Applicants must have valid UAE residency and appropriate work authorisation for the role.
• Potential to transition into a permanent full-time role following successful completion of the contract.
