What You'll Be Doing Work with warm and cold leads in the Croatian market Winning back ex-clients Reach clients using phone calls & email, and WhatsApp communication Present the Jooble product & cover client questions Work with CRM (Salesforce): log all interactions in the system, search for new leads in the old database, analyze the sales funnel Customer research & feedback: identify client needs & blockers, share insights with the product team, achieve individual sales targets. Who We're Looking For At least 2 years of experience in sales Fluent Croatian (to communicate with clients) English proficiency level: Intermediate and higher (spoken and written to communicate with the team) CRM experience Strong communication skills️ Computer literacy (G Suite, AI tools, etc) Experience in B2B sales and HR-tech, job boards, or related fields is a big plus What We Offer Fully remote work Flexible schedule: 7 hours/day (excluding lunch), Monday to Friday Freelance employment Paid training during the first week 16 days paid vacation + Croatian public holidays Become part of an international company with a mission to help people find jobs all over the world Department Sales Locations Europe, Ukraine, Croatia Remote status Fully Remote Employment type Contract Culture at Jooble Behind every successful product is a great team.
