Sales Support Specialist – Remote | Commission Opportunities
TalentPop App is a fast-growing e-commerce agency supporting hundreds of brands worldwide. We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist customers, support sales activities, and help turn customer interactions into successful sales.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, communicating with people, and working toward sales goals. Commission opportunities are available based on performance.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with product, order, and account questions
- Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and/or voice
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Identify and support sales opportunities
- Help customers move forward with their purchases
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service, sales, or e-commerce experience
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Comfortable discussing products and making recommendations
- Customer-focused with a sales-oriented mindset
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
- BPO, e-commerce, Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar experience is a plus
