We’re seeking a reliable Sales Support Specialist to join our remote cleaning business team and help streamline sales operations. The Role: You’ll assist in managing leads, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring customers receive timely responses and smooth service. Key Responsibilities: Support the sales team with lead tracking and updates. Follow up with clients to confirm bookings. Maintain CRM accuracy and data integrity. Coordinate between customers and operations. Help achieve monthly booking targets. What We Offer: R8,000 base + performance-based commission (average R25,000/month).
