We're Hiring: Sales and Support Virtual Assistant (VA)

At TalentPop App, we're building our own team of remote professionals who genuinely care about delivering great customer experiences. We're hiring a Sales and Support Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team and help drive customer satisfaction and sales.

If you've got a background in sales or customer service, you're organized, tech-savvy, and motivated to help customers find the right solution — this role could be a strong fit for you.

The basics:

• Pay: Paid in USD, hourly — your income holds its value, no matter what's happening with local exchange rates
• Commission on top of your base pay — the more you upsell and cross-sell, the more you earn
• Location: Fully remote, permanent — based in Pakistan. Open also to candidates from the Philippines, South Africa, and Jamaica

What You'll Do

• Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, email, SMS, and phone
• Recommend products, help customers make purchase decisions, and spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Manage order inquiries — shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds
• Keep our CRM updated and accurately track customer interactions
• Represent our brand in a way that reflects our tone and values
• Share customer feedback and insights to help improve our sales process
• Work closely with our internal team to hit performance and service goals

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in sales, customer support, or a VA role
• Excellent written and verbal English
• Comfort using platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar tools
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely results-driven

Technical Requirements

• A personal PC or laptop with an i5 processor or higher
• Stable internet with a minimum of 25 Mbps upload and download speed
• A quiet, professional workspace for calls
