We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven sales talent with the potential to grow into a full Area Sales Manager role in the near future. Your Responsibilities: Together with your team, you will drive sales of our brands: Brax, Raphaela, Eurex, and Fuchs Schmitt in the Danish market. Initially you will be responsible for Fuchs Schmitt. You’ll manage and support existing retail customers with pre-orders, re-orders, and day-to-day service. You’ll proactively identify and approach new retail partners and help grow our customer base. On key sales days, you’ll support sales at our shop-in-shop locations in Magasin du Nord, train in-store staff, and ensure appealing visual merchandising. You’ll help develop sales strategies, plans, and concepts to meet revenue and growth targets in close collaboration with your team. A part of your working time will take place at our office and showroom located at Bella Center in Copenhagen, where you will engage in planning, coordination, and meetings. This will be combined with external field activities, including regular customer visits and outreach to new retail accounts across Denmark. What You Bring: A completed commercial education or business degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion retail or initial experience in wholesale sales to retail stores. A structured and strategic mindset, with a natural ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally in both Danish and English – written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with working in ERP systems. A valid Category B driving license and access to a car. You will be reimbursed for driving expenses in accordance with the Danish state mileage allowance (statens takst). Hands-on mentality, flexibility, and willingness to travel regularly across Denmark. Preferably based in the Zealand / Greater Copenhagen area, due to the location of our showroom and office at Bella Center.
