Requirements

    The ideal candidate should:

    • Be a career-focused and goal-driven sales professional.
    • Have direct sales experience in cooling towers, wastewater polymers, and water treatment chemicals — preferably within a chemical manufacturing environment.
    • Possess a background in chemistry or a related technical discipline.
    • Be eager to learn continuously and grow professionally.
    • Enjoy cultivating long-term relationships with clients.
    • Seek out strategic partnerships and value-added sales approaches.
    • Thrive on developing innovative solutions to win new business.
    • Be dedicated to contributing meaningfully to a dynamic and evolving sales team.

Benefits

  • Full-time employment
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Uncapped commission potential
  • Clear path for career advancement
  • Enrollment in a high-performance sales training program
  • Ongoing coaching, mentoring, and full team support
