Responsibilities Oversee a team of employees and monitor their performance Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members Set team goals, objectives, and performance metrics Monitor team productivity and ensure targets are met or exceeded Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance Collaborate with other team leaders and stakeholders to achieve overall company objectives Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members Motivate and inspire team members to achieve their full potential Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in the financial services industry Strong knowledge of FX and CFD markets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to drive performance and motivate team members Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Japanese speaker and able to understand English
