The selected candidate will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and government customers to deliver secure, scalable, and user-friendly Salesforce solutions. Location: Remote. The selected candidate must be currently located in, or willing to relocate to, one of the states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices: AL, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MN, MS, NC, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, or VA. No relocation assistance provided. Clearance Requirements: Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation. U.S. Citizenship is required. Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions. Translate business and technical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Develop and customize Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and other Salesforce development technologies. Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings as needed. Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration technologies. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement effective solutions. Conduct unit testing and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing. Participate in code reviews and follow established Salesforce development and coding standards. Use version-control and deployment tools to manage application changes across environments. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, project managers, and government stakeholders to ensure solutions meet mission requirements. Develop and maintain technical documentation and application support materials. Support Salesforce releases, enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing system administration activities as needed. Follow applicable security, configuration management, quality assurance, and development processes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Experience developing and/or configuring Salesforce applications. Experience with Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or equivalent Salesforce technologies. Experience with Salesforce objects, data models, security, automation, and application configuration. Experience with software development lifecycle processes, testing, debugging, and deployment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance, if required for the position. Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II certification. Salesforce Administrator certification. Experience developing solutions for federal government customers. Experience with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs. Experience with Salesforce Flow, Lightning Experience, and Lightning Web Components.
