Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst to support Salesforce CRM implementation, business requirements analysis, system enhancements, process improvement and user support initiatives. You will work closely with sales, marketing, customer service, IT, and business teams to understand organizational requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce CRM.
• Work with stakeholders to understand sales, marketing and customer service processes.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support Salesforce implementation, configuration and enhancement initiatives.
• Analyse existing CRM workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Assist with Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules and workflows.
