Salesforce Business Analyst & Administrator

For our headquarters in Concorezzo (MB), Frette is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst & Administrator to support the implementation, configuration, management, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform.
The role will play a particularly important part during the initial implementation phase: the successful candidate will work closely with commercial departments to understand their processes, business needs, and priorities, translating them into functional and Salesforce requirements and collaborating with the external consultant responsible for the implementation to ensure that the solution developed effectively meets the company's needs.
Once the platform is implemented, the successful candidate will be responsible for its day-to-day administration and maintenance, while also providing user support, contributing to process optimization, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analysis & Salesforce Implementation
- Collaborate with commercial departments and other business stakeholders to understand processes, operational needs, and business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and solutions that can be implemented within Salesforce.
- Assess existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improvement.
- Act as a bridge between the business and the external Salesforce consultant, ensuring that business requirements are correctly understood and translated into the technical solution.
- Collaborate with the external consultant throughout the design, configuration, testing, and implementation phases of the platform.
- Support prioritization and contribute to the evaluation of different Salesforce solutions against business requirements.
- Participate in functional testing and UAT, ensuring that implemented solutions meet agreed requirements.
- Support the preparation of documentation related to processes, configurations, and platform functionalities.
- Support change management and user adoption of the platform.
Salesforce Administration & Support
- Administer and support Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
- Configure and customize objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
- Build and maintain automation using Salesforce Flow and available platform tools.
- Support sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and forecasting.
- Support customer service processes, including case management, queues, SLAs, and escalations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Provide user support and contribute to user training and platform adoption.
- Analyze and resolve functional and technical Salesforce issues, coordinating with the external consultant when required.
- Contribute to data quality through data management, data imports, deduplication, and governance best practices.
- Support the management of integrations with third-party systems, working with external partners and relevant technical teams.
- Monitor Salesforce releases and new functionalities and assess their potential application within Frette.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, processes, functionalities, and best practices.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Functional Analyst, or similar roles.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Flow.
- Excellent command of both Italian and English.
- Good understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model.
- Experience configuring Salesforce and building Flows and automation.
- Good knowledge of reports, dashboards, and Salesforce data management tools.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce requirements and solutions.
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders and external consultants / system integrators.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Retail, Luxury, Hospitality, or Wholesale environments.
- Experience in Salesforce implementation or transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and middleware.
- Experience in business analysis, process mapping, or functional consulting.
- Experience managing projects involving external consultants or system integrators.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
We offer a full-time contract under the CCNL Tessile-Industria with an indicative gross annual salary of €60,000–65,000, depending on experience and qualifications. The package includes €8 daily meal vouchers and an attractive Welfare package.
The position is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times (start between 8:30 and 9:30 and finish between 17:30 and 18:30).
Frette also offers the possibility of an individual Smart Working arrangement of up to two days per week.
