Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to act as the vital bridge between our business stakeholders and technical execution teams. The ideal candidate will excel at eliciting functional requirements, mapping complex business processes, and translating stakeholder needs into actionable technical user stories. You will ensure alignment between business strategy and Salesforce implementation, guiding features from initial discovery through to successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders, product owners, and executive sponsors to uncover functional needs.
  • Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes.
  • Manage the product backlog by prioritizing user stories in collaboration with Project Managers and Solution Architects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Design to-be business processes and map out gap analyses to determine how Salesforce can solve business pain points natively or through customization.
  • Own the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, including writing comprehensive test scripts, coordinating testing with business users, and managing defect triage.
  • Develop training materials and conduct enablement sessions for end-users to maximize Salesforce adoption and change management success.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and QA teams to provide functional clarity during the build and sprint cycles.



Requirements

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, with at least 3+ dedicated years implementing Salesforce CPQ and Billing.

  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, Custom Objects) alongside technical scripting knowledge in JavaScript and Apex.

  • Deep understanding of subscription billing models, revenue scheduling, invoicing rules, and tax calculation integrations (e.g., Avalara).

  • Mandatory certification: Salesforce CPQ Specialist.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) or Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

  • Prior consulting or enterprise experience managing multi-currency, multi-entity global CPQ and Billing deployments.



Benefits

  • Strong proficiency in business process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, Visio) and Agile management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Deep understanding of core Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud) and declarative platform capabilities.
  • Mandatory certification: Salesforce Certified Business Analyst.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
  • Prior consulting experience or history working on large-scale global deployments with multi-national user bases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
