  • Integration & API Development: Build, optimize, and maintain reliable integrations with backend systems and enterprise middleware using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events.
  • Security & Data Governance: Implement robust platform security, profile/permission sets, external sharing rules, and field-level security aligned with government data protection standards.
  • Quality & DevOps: Actively participate in peer code reviews, automated testing (unit test coverage), Git-based source control, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Key Selection CriteriaMandatory Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in complex enterprise or government delivery environments.
  • Strong expertise across Apex, LWC, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, data modeling, and platform security architecture.
  • Proven track record building customer portals and digital services using Salesforce Experience Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and working with middleware/integration platforms.
  • Proficiency with Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, unit testing, and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence).
  • Location: Based in or willing to relocate to Brisbane with the ability to work 3 days per week on-site.

Highly Desirable:

  • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
  • Prior experience delivering digital licensing, regulatory, or public sector case management solutions.
  • Exposure to AI capabilities (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Prompt Builder, or LLM integrations) is an added bonus.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
  • Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
  • Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Architect or Platform Integration Architect
