Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Salesforce Developer / Administrator to join a fast-paced fintech company supporting business-critical platforms and integrations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. In this role, you will work alongside a small, collaborative team to maintain day-to-day operations while delivering key initiatives—including a major telephony platform migration from Talkdesk to Genesys, Experience Cloud enhancements, and third-party platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain functionality across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Partner with engineering leadership to evaluate business requirements and determine optimal solutions using declarative tools versus custom code.
• Design, build, and support Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWC), custom workflows, and automations.
• Build, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and external platforms, APIs, and third-party tools.
• Play a central role in evaluating, rebuilding, and testing integrations/automations for a telephony migration from Talkdesk to Genesys.
• Support upcoming Experience Cloud portal initiatives and user experience enhancements over the next 3–4 months.
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks, managing ticket lifecycles and technical documentation in Jira.
  
  

Qualifications And Job Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience balancing both Salesforce development and administrative responsibilities.
• Demonstrated coding proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), alongside expert knowledge of declarative automation tools (Flows, Process Builder).
• Hands-on working experience with Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud).
• Strong track record of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, APIs, and middleware.
• Sound technical judgment to determine when to leverage standard configuration versus custom development.
• Self-directed problem solver capable of executing independently within a geographically distributed team.
• Proven comfort documenting solutions and managing technical workflows using Jira.
• Nice-to-Have: Prior experience with CTI/telephony platforms (e.g., Talkdesk, Genesys), Marketing Cloud, Zapier, HiTouch, or integrated messaging tools (SMS/chat).
