Job Description This is a remote position. Job Title: Salesforce DevOps Engineer(Contract) Key Skills: Salesforce DevOps using Azure / Copado/ AutoRABIT DevOps Experience: 5+ Years Immediate Joiners Job Summary: Experienced Salesforce DevOps professional with strong expertise in end-to-end release management, CI/CD automation, and deployment using tools such as Azure DevOps, Copado, and AutoRABIT . Skilled in optimizing deployment pipelines, version control, environment management, and collaboration across development, QA, and admin teams to ensure streamlined and error-free releases. Key Responsibilities: 1. CI/CD & Release Management Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using Azure DevOps , Copado , and AutoRABIT . Automate metadata deployments across Salesforce environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod). Manage release cycles including planning, execution, validation, and rollback strategies. Perform continuous integration, automated builds, and deployment validations. 2. Version Control & Branching Use Git-based workflows for source code management. Set up and maintain branching strategies (feature, release, hotfix). Manage code merges, conflict resolution, and repository maintenance. 3. Deployment Automation Configure deployment jobs, quality gates, and test validations. Automate unit test execution and coverage tracking. Ensure compliance with deployment best practices and governance policies. 4. Environment & Sandbox Management Manage and refresh Salesforce sandboxes across different teams. Coordinate data masking, environment synchronization, and access controls. Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues across environments. 5. Collaboration & Support Work closely with Salesforce developers, admins, QA, and business stakeholders. Provide DevOps support for incident resolutions and deployment failures. Conduct training sessions on DevOps best practices and tools usage. 6. Quality & Compliance Implement DevSecOps practices, ensuring code quality and security scanning. Ensure audit readiness and maintain release documentation. Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and participate in sprint planning.
