StationMDSalary Range: $115,000.00 To $145,000.00 Annually About the Role StationMD is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to own and advance our Salesforce ecosystem for a national telehealth organization serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). In this role, you will act as the Salesforce Product Owner, driving long-term strategy, roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, platform optimization, and user support. You will work closely with internal Salesforce leads, business units, executive stakeholders, consultants, data teams, technology leaders, and end users to ensure the Salesforce configuration meets business needs and supports company goals. The ideal candidate balances high-level strategic vision with hands-on Salesforce administration and technical execution. This role is well suited for someone who can translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, strengthen platform adoption, support users, and maximize StationMD’s investment in Salesforce, including Health Cloud. Responsibilities – Salesforce Product Manager Product Ownership & Platform Management Define the long-term Salesforce product roadmap aligned with overall business goals Act as the primary liaison between business units, executive stakeholders, consultants, and technical teams Gather, prioritize, and translate complex business requirements into actionable user stories Enable end users to effectively use Salesforce to help meet company goals Lead release management processes, governance frameworks, and change management strategies Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and meet business needs Salesforce Administration & Execution Triage Salesforce support tickets Train users on Salesforce features and functionality Serve as company subject matter expert on Salesforce functionality Handle user provisioning, deactivation, and access management across the organization In conjunction with internal Salesforce and data leads, design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards Work with security operations leads to ensure the platform adheres to best practices related to privacy and security Work with Technology leads to participate in data migration, data mapping, and basic integration maintenance activities Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications – Salesforce Product Manager Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Platform Manager, or Business Analyst role 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, especially Health Cloud Experience with Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud is a plus Proven track record of managing a Salesforce roadmap and leading cross-functional projects Experience leading Salesforce implementation initiatives Strong communication skills with ability to translate business needs and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff Required Certification: Salesforce Certified Administrator Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Accredited Health Cloud Professional, Product Management Certification Skills and Attributes for Success The successful candidate will be someone who can operate as both a strategic Salesforce product leader and a hands-on platform partner. This individual should be able to understand business priorities, organize complex platform needs, support users, strengthen governance, and follow initiatives through to completion.
