Role Overview: As a Salesforce Product Owner, you'll lead as the Salesforce Change Lead, driving best practices and delivering Salesforce improvements for their operations teams. You'll collaborate with cross-functional squads to ensure a continual flow of development-ready work. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather insights and understand key processes, pain points, and strategic goals. Own and maintain the Operations Salesforce improvement backlog, prioritizing based on business value and strategic objectives. Translate business needs into actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria. Develop and maintain the Operations Salesforce roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Champion Salesforce best practices and contribute to the wider platform roadmap. Ensure data quality and safeguard against common errors through good data hygiene processes. Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends, providing recommendations for continuous improvements. Role Requirements: Experience delivering operational improvements and managing a backlog of work. Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud with a good understanding of its core capabilities. Familiarity with Agile practices (e.g., scrum, kanban) and tools like Jira. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and balance multiple priorities. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
