Salesforce Service Cloud Account Executive / Sales

Job Description This is a remote position. Major Responsibilities: Prospect for new clients and turn this into increased business with a robust pipeline of opportunities around Salesforce Service Cloud. Selling Salesforce Service Cloud professional services for a consulting company to drive their financial growth. Demonstrate effective sales skills and behaviors to overcome customer objections and challenges Lead negotiations, coordinate complex decision making with management and overcome objections to close deals Achieving annual goals and sales targets Has sufficient knowledge of the Salesforce Services Cloud platform to make adequate decisions & propose solutions to requirements based on industry & technology best practices. With executive and business development leadership, develop and execute go to market strategy for key industries and prospects Track existing client base for new opportunities and maintain and keep strong relationships with existing client base. Maintain and keep the CRM database updated Will collaborate with the Customer Success, and IT Teams to ensure alignment of business priorities and inform various stakeholders about any problems with the current sales solutions being implemented. Working with remote teams based in India or other countries is a plus. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, or IT related discipline along with 2+ years of experience in Sales Excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills required. Using Windows-based applications, including Outlook, Internet Explorer, Word, Excel, Access, IM, and social media platforms. Salesforce and Service Cloud certifications are a plus. Work experience with remote teams based in India or other countries is a plus. Self-motivated, adaptable, learning agile, and a problem solver. Ability to work on diverse, cross-cultural teams.
