Medical Sales Representative / Patient Coordinator

SkyFi is a marketing agency helping brands grow through creative strategies, data-driven campaigns, and dedicated commercial teams. We are hiring a Medical Sales Representative for a medical project managed by SkyFi. This role focuses on communicating directly with prospective patients, explaining the clinic’s services, and converting inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.

Role Description

You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, communicating through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and video consultations. Your role is to understand their needs, explain available services and packages using information approved by the medical team, and guide them through the booking process.

You will follow up with interested patients, address non-clinical questions, coordinate medical assessments with doctors, and maintain accurate patient records in the CRM. Success in this role requires strong medical sales experience, native-level English, and the ability to build trust while meeting booking and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact incoming leads and respond promptly to patient inquiries.
• Communicate confidently with English-speaking patients, including international patients.
• Explain treatment packages, pricing, payment options, and booking procedures clearly.
• Coordinate consultations and refer clinical questions to the medical team.
• Follow up consistently to convert qualified inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including patient preferences, follow-up activity, and booking status.
• Work closely with the clinic and marketing teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Meet agreed sales and conversion targets while protecting patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in medical sales or patient coordination within a clinic, hospital, or medical tourism company is required.
• Native or near-native English proficiency is essential, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to convert patient inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings.
• Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to explain services clearly without providing medical advice.
• Confidence handling patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, WhatsApp, email, and online meeting platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple patient conversations.
• Availability to work full-time in a hybrid setup based in New Cairo.
• Experience in hair transplantation, aesthetics, dentistry, or medical tourism is an advantage.
