Company Description ProcessWorxAg is the agricultural specialist arm of ProcessWorx. We help farmers and agribusinesses manage HR and Safety with our practical software and client centric service. Based in WA, we’ve been supporting businesses since 2012, and we’re now expanding into New South Wales in early 2027.
Role Description
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You’ll be our first person on the ground in NSW, building the ProcessWorxAg name and client base across the region. You’ll get to know local farming operations, understand the challenges they face with staff and safety, and show them how ProcessWorxShield (our proprietary software) makes compliance simple. Our experienced team will deliver the services once clients are on board.
Room to grow: as ProcessWorxAg expands in NSW, there’s a genuine opportunity for the right person to step up and lead the NSW team, you will be:
- Generating new business with farmers and agribusinesses through cold calling, networking and referrals
- Building relationships with growers, producers, farming families and local agricultural networks
- Representing ProcessWorxAg at field days, agricultural shows, grower groups and industry events
- Meeting with farms via Teams and face to face to understand their needs and present ProcessWorxShield packages
- Connecting with agronomists, accountants, rural merchandisers and other trusted advisers to farmers
- Managing your sales pipeline and following up leads through to sign-up
- Working closely with our team to hand over new clients smoothly
- Sharing local insights to help shape and grow ProcessWorxAg in NSW
About you:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, or a strong network within the agricultural community
- A background in, or genuine passion for, agriculture
- Confident with cold calling and comfortable walking onto a farm to start a conversation
- A natural networker who builds trust quickly and speaks the language of the land
- Self-motivated and organised, able to work independently and hit targets
- Leadership potential and the drive to grow a team as the region develops
- Excellent communication skills, both face to face and over the phone
- Very comfortable with using technology
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Knowledge of HR or Safety is a bonus but not essential.

We’re led by an entrepreneurial, passionate management team who genuinely understand agriculture, and we value every member of our team and every client we work with. Our culture is fun, hard-working and caring (and yes, we love plants!).
We believe in helping those who need it, so we support charities including The Hunger Project and Breast Cancer Care WA with complimentary services and funding.
You’ll also enjoy:
- Attractive Salary
- Part-time hours with real flexibility
- Full training on ProcessWorxShield and our agricultural services
- The chance to build ProcessWorxAg in NSW from the ground up
- A clear pathway to lead the NSW team as we grow

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain HR and WHS concepts in simple, practical language.
- Organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and documentation efficiently.

- Previous experience in B2B services, professional consulting, or HR/WHS-related sales is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of Australian small business environments and basic HR/WHS compliance considerations is an advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously, meet agreed targets, and collaborate constructively with internal experts and colleagues.
