SAP AMS support with Finnish

Infosys has been trusted by a new client to provide SAP AMS support. Join our global team supporting and optimizing SAP Plant Maintenance solutions while using Finnish on a daily basis.

Required skills:

• Advanced Finnish language skills, with the ability to use Finnish confidently in daily communication
• Good command of English
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP PM configuration, including equipment master, maintenance plans, notifications, and orders
• Working knowledge of integration with MM, FI/CO, QM, PS, and PP
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, ChaRM, or similar change management tools
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy
• Basic understanding of ABAP debugging for issue analysis
• Experience with S/4HANA Plant Maintenance / Asset Management is a strong advantage
• Knowledge of SAP Work Manager or Fiori apps is a plus
• Understanding of plant maintenance processes, including breakdown and preventive maintenance, calibration, and shutdown/turnaround maintenance
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, backlog, and PM compliance
• Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling best practices
