About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced SAP Authorized Trainers based in the United States and Canada to support upcoming instructor-led SAP training engagements.
In this role, you will deliver official SAP training to professional audiences in both classroom and virtual environments. We are looking for trainers who combine deep SAP subject matter expertise with strong facilitation skills and the ability to make complex concepts practical and engaging.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be enrolled in the SAP Authorized Trainer Program.
- Must hold relevant SAP certification(s) required to deliver specific SAP courses.
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Experience delivering instructor-led technical or SAP training.
- Willingness to travel for onsite delivery is strongly preferred.
Candidates will be aligned to training opportunities based on their SAP certifications, areas of expertise, and course requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver official SAP training courses in onsite classroom and virtual environments.
- Facilitate engaging instructor-led learning experiences for professional audiences.
- Explain complex SAP concepts, business processes, and system functionality in a clear and practical way.
- Guide learners through hands-on labs, exercises, and real-world scenarios.
- Answer learner questions, provide coaching, and adapt delivery to different skill levels.
- Maintain required SAP certification credentials and complete relevant trainer enablement activities.
- Stay current with SAP product enhancements, curriculum updates, and training methodologies.
- Ensure training delivery meets SAP quality standards and learner expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant SAP certification(s) and SAP Authorized Trainer status.
- Deep expertise in one or more SAP solutions or modules.
- Strong experience delivering technical training in classroom, virtual, or hybrid environments.
- Excellent presentation, public speaking, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse professional audiences.
- Learner-focused approach with patience and adaptability.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining SAP training standards and requirements.
