Job Description This is a remote position. SAP Basis Expert: Maintain Stability. Enable Performance. Power the Core. Pentoz is seeking a seasoned SAP Basis Administrator to manage the technical foundation of our SAP systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, high availability, and secure operations across a multi-module SAP environment, including ECC, S/4HANA, and cloud-integrated platforms. Key Responsibilities Administer core SAP systems including: SAP S/4HANA, ECC, BW, CRM, SRM, PI/PO, Solution Manager, and Fiori Perform installations, upgrades, migrations, and system refreshes across development, test, and production environments Monitor and tune system performance (memory, CPU, disk I/O) and manage SAP kernel, transports, and database connectivity Implement and maintain user roles , authorization profiles , and SAP security standards Manage client copies , system backups , disaster recovery , and high availability setup Ensure integration with third-party systems, cloud connectors, and infrastructure platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) Collaborate with functional, development, and infrastructure teams for patching, compliance, and go-live support You Bring 5+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration Expertise in SAP system architecture , HANA/Oracle/SQL database management , and NetWeaver platform Experience with transport management systems , SAP router , and early watch alerts Strong understanding of S/4HANA , Solution Manager 7.2 , and hybrid cloud SAP deployments Ability to troubleshoot system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement proactive performance improvements Requirements SAP Basis, S/4HANA Administration, NetWeaver, Database Management (HANA/Oracle), System Monitoring, Transport Management, SAP Security, Solution Manager, Cloud Integration (AWS/Azure) Benefits Lead the technical operations of SAP at one of India’s most ambitious, multi-sector enterprises Work remotely while managing large-scale, distributed SAP environments Gain end-to-end exposure across SAP modules, cloud infrastructure, and innovation initiatives Be the guardian of performance, reliability, and scalability in our digital core
