NEED FOR SKILLS

This is a hands-on functional configuration role. The consultant must be fluent in Concur Travel & Expense configuration, integrating Concur with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud specifically — Fiori-based configuration, SSCUI, released APIs, communication scenarios and arrangements, and the quarterly release cycle, since classic on-premise techniques are not available — and in corporate card program setup and reconciliation. The consultant must be able to work independently, document their own designs, and coordinate directly with the client's finance, AP, and HR/travel stakeholders.

MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of SAP Concur functional configuration experience, including at least two full-lifecycle implementations

• Hands-on configuration of SAP Concur Expense: expense types, policy groups, audit rules, itemization and receipt requirements, out-of-policy exception handling

• SAP Concur Travel and/or Request module configuration, if in scope for this engagement

• Concur-to-S/4HANA Public Cloud integration experience — posting expense reports to GL, cost center/WBS validation, employee and vendor master data sync via released APIs and communication scenarios

• Corporate card program configuration: card feed setup, statement reconciliation, ghost card handling, unmatched transaction resolution

• Approval workflow configuration (Concur native workflow and/or S/4HANA flexible workflow / SAP Build Process Automation for downstream postings)

• Concur reporting/analytics configuration for spend visibility and audit reporting

• Multi-currency and tax/VAT handling for expense processing across the client's three business units

• Ability to run fit-to-standard workshops and produce functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and UAT support material

• Experience through the full delivery cycle: employee/cost object data migration support, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare

• SAP Concur Invoice module experience (crossover with the client's parallel Ariba AP automation workstream)

• Multi-entity, multi-company-code T&E rollout experience — the client runs three business units on one platform

• SAP Concur certification

• Experience leading Concur mobile app rollout and end-user change management/training

• SSO/identity integration experience (SAML) for Concur

• SAP Build Process Automation hands-on build experience

• Expense fraud/audit analytics experience

• Hosting, telecom, SaaS or other high-volume recurring-spend industry background
