SAP HANA PM/EAM Consultant L2

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The ideal candidate will have experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects, along with strong functional configuration and stakeholder communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.
  

• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PM/EAM functional solutions.
  

• Configure and support SAP PM/EAM processes, including:
  

  • Equipment and Functional Locations
    

  • Technical Objects and Equipment BOMs
    

  • Maintenance Plans, Items, and Task Lists
    

  • Maintenance Notifications and Orders
    

  • Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown Maintenance
    

  • Maintenance Strategies, Cycles, and Scheduling
    

• Support maintenance planning, scheduling, execution, and resource management.
  

• Configure maintenance order types, planning parameters, statuses, and settlement rules.
  

• Work on SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout activities.
  

• Coordinate with SAP MM, FI/CO, PP, PS, SD, and QM teams for integration requirements.
  

• Support data migration, functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and UAT.
  

• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
  

• Analyze production issues and provide timely resolutions.
  

• Conduct workshops and support business users.
  

• Identify process improvements and recommend SAP best practices.
  

Mandatory Skills

• 6–8 years of SAP PM/EAM experience.
  

• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA PM/EAM implementation.
  

• Experience in SAP PM/EAM rollout projects.
  

• Strong experience in enhancements and production support.
  

• SAP PM configuration and customization.
  

• Maintenance Notifications and Maintenance Orders.
  

• Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.
  

• Equipment, Functional Locations, Maintenance Plans, and Task Lists.
  

• SAP MM and FI/CO integration knowledge.
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  

Preferred Skills

• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management experience.
  

• SAP Fiori maintenance applications.
  

• SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration experience.
  

• Greenfield and Brownfield implementation experience.
  

• SAP Activate methodology.
  

• SAP Solution Manager / ALM.
  

• SAP S/4HANA Asset Management certification.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  

• Ability to work independently in a project environment.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
