Job Description This is a remote position. SAP HR Expert: Optimize People Operations. Digitize Workforce Management. Power Human Potential. Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP HR (Human Resources) Expert to lead the configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of our core SAP HR systems. You’ll be instrumental in streamlining our end-to-end HR processes — from recruitment to retirement — while supporting scalability, compliance, and talent development. Key Responsibilities Configure and support core SAP HR modules , including: Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management (TM) Payroll (PY) Benefits Administration Employee Self-Service (ESS) / Manager Self-Service (MSS) Integrate SAP HR with FI , SuccessFactors , and third-party HRIS platforms Maintain HR master data, organization structures, time evaluation, and payroll schema Support HR operations across onboarding, compensation, learning & development, compliance, and offboarding Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., labor laws, tax requirements, GDPR) and security standards in HR data management Collaborate with HR leaders and IT teams to continuously improve employee lifecycle efficiency You Bring 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HR module implementation or support Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes , payroll , and time evaluation Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors , Fiori apps , or SAP S/4HANA Human Capital Management (HCM) Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, benefits, reporting, and employee data security Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Requirements SAP HR, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, Time Management, ESS/MSS, SAP S/4HANA HCM, SuccessFactors Integration, Compliance, Employee Lifecycle Management Benefits Digitize HR for one of India’s fastest-growing, people-powered organizations Work remotely while collaborating with HR, finance, and operations leaders Build an HR tech stack that supports 100,000+ jobs, gig workforces, and global expansion Help us create systems that attract, engage, and retain top talent at scale
