SAP ISU FICA Consultant

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP ISU FICA Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP IS-U Financial Contract Accounting (FI-CA). The ideal candidate should have experience managing day-to-day SAP IS-U FICA operations, resolving production issues, supporting integrations, and ensuring smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day SAP IS-U FICA operations.
  

• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective workarounds while root-cause analysis is in progress.
  

• Monitor and support SAP batch jobs and scheduling activities.
  

• Support SAP IS-U FICA integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
  

• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
  

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and ensure business objectives are achieved.
  

• Handle incidents and support timely resolution of technical and functional issues.
  

• Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP IS-U FICA.
  

• Strong understanding of SAP IS-U FICA operations and production support.
  

• Experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
  

• Knowledge of SAP batch jobs and scheduling.
  

• Familiarity with SAP IS-U FICA integration with other SAP modules and external applications.
  

• Ability to identify process improvements and operational workarounds.
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with business stakeholders.
