SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant to join an international SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout project in a manufacturing environment.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, key users and SAP functional and technical teams to support the implementation, integration and optimization of procurement, inventory management and warehouse processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout activities, from requirements gathering and Fit/Gap analysis through Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Analyze business requirements related to Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM) and Warehouse Management (WM).
• Configure and support SAP MM processes, including purchasing, purchase orders, goods receipts, goods issues, stock transfers, inventory movements and invoice verification.
• Configure and support warehouse processes, including goods receipt, put away, picking, packing, stock movements, physical inventory and goods issue.
• Support master data management for materials, suppliers, purchasing information records and warehouse-related data.
• Ensure integration between MM/WM and other SAP modules, particularly PP, SD, FI/CO and QM.
• Collaborate with integration teams on interfaces between SAP and external systems, including warehouse management systems, manufacturing execution systems (MES) and other logistics applications.
• Contribute to data migration activities, including data mapping, cleansing, validation and reconciliation.
• Prepare and execute functional and integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in cutover planning, Go-Live preparation and Hypercare activities.
• Investigate and resolve functional issues, working closely with technical teams and business users.
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows and training materials

Qualifications

• Solid experience as an SAP MM/WM Functional Consultant, preferably in SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration, procurement and inventory management processes.
• Good knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management processes and configuration.
• Experience with MM/WM integration with PP, SD, FI/CO and QM, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and warehouse operations.
• Experience with SAP interfaces and integration with external systems.
• Experience with testing, data migration, cutover and Go-Live activities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international business and technical teams.
• Good command of English, French would be a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel as required by the project
