Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP PLM Expert to join our remote enterprise technology team. This role focuses on leveraging SAP PLM to streamline and optimize product lifecycle processes—from ideation and design to production and service. You will play a critical role in helping our global clients digitize their R&D, engineering change management, and product data collaboration within a modern ERP landscape. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end implementations and enhancements of SAP PLM solutions across diverse industries Analyze business requirements and translate them into PLM system configurations and workflows Configure and deploy core PLM functionalities including Document Management System (DMS), Engineering Change Management (ECM), Product Structure Management, and Classification Integrate PLM with CAD systems and third-party design tools for seamless product data management Enable collaboration between engineering, manufacturing, and procurement using PLM capabilities Ensure data integrity and compliance across the entire product lifecycle Work closely with cross-functional teams to align SAP PLM with digital thread and digital twin strategies Support SAP PLM integrations with modules like SAP MM, PP, QM, and EHS Provide user training, support, and documentation to ensure successful adoption Collaborate in S/4HANA transformation projects involving SAP PLM Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in SAP PLM implementations or support Hands-on experience with key PLM components such as DMS, ECM, and Recipe Management Strong understanding of product lifecycle concepts, BOM management, and change processes Familiarity with integration of SAP PLM with CAD/PDM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks Proficiency in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments Ability to gather and document functional requirements and lead technical implementation teams Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote working environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP Recipe Development (PLM-RD) and Specification Management (PLM-SCM) Knowledge of SAP PLM Web UI, SAP Engineering Control Center (SAP ECTR), or SAP 3D Visual Enterprise Background in regulated industries like pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or automotive Exposure to Agile Product Development or DevOps in PLM SAP PLM certification or equivalent credentials What We Offer: Fully remote role with a flexible work schedule Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives Access to leading-edge SAP projects across global clients Career progression opportunities to Solution Architect, PLM Program Lead, or Digital Engineering Strategist Collaborative culture with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement About Pentoz: Pentoz is a future-ready tech and consulting company committed to building smarter digital enterprises.
