SAP Project Manager – Facility Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong expertise in Facility Management and SAP S/4HANA to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, enhancement, migration, and support projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing SAP projects aligned with facility management, real estate, infrastructure, asset maintenance, or integrated facilities management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, and enhancement projects.
  

• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and delivery objectives.
  

• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
  

• Coordinate SAP functional and technical teams, vendors, implementation partners, and business stakeholders.
  

• Oversee facility management processes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, work orders, asset management, equipment maintenance, and service requests.
  

• Manage SAP integration across relevant modules, including SAP PM/EAM, S/4HANA, RE-FX, MM, FI/CO, and PS.
  

• Coordinate requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, data migration, UAT, cutover, and go-live activities.
  

• Monitor project progress, budgets, resource utilization, KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards.
  

• Lead governance meetings, steering committee reviews, management reporting, change management, and end-user training.
  

• Drive continuous improvement, operational efficiency, cost optimization, and successful SAP adoption.

Candidate Requirements

• 10+ years of overall experience, with 10 years of relevant experience preferred.
  

• Strong experience managing SAP implementation or transformation projects.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Must be available to join within 15 days.
  

• Must be comfortable working in a hybrid model with 3 days per week in the office.
