Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: Pentoz is seeking an experienced SAP QM (Quality Management) Expert to support enterprise-wide quality assurance initiatives through the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP QM solutions. This role involves working with manufacturing, compliance, and procurement teams to streamline quality processes, reduce defects, and ensure regulatory compliance across production and supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full-cycle implementation and enhancement of the SAP QM module for manufacturing and supply chain operations Design and configure quality planning, quality inspection, and quality control processes in line with business requirements Develop inspection plans, quality notifications, sampling procedures, and control methods Integrate SAP QM with PP (Production Planning), MM (Materials Management), and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules Set up quality certificates, audit management, batch management, and vendor evaluation tools Collaborate with stakeholders to define inspection characteristics and maintain master data for materials and operations Create and maintain documentation for functional specifications, test cases, and training materials Train end-users and support post-go-live troubleshooting and continuous improvement Ensure regulatory and industry-specific compliance (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP) through SAP QM functionality Support global rollouts and harmonization of quality processes across regions and business units Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP QM module Deep understanding of quality processes including inspection lots, notifications, audits, and test equipment integration Proven ability to configure SAP QM for discrete, process, or hybrid manufacturing industries Strong understanding of integration points with MM, PP, SD, and PM Experience in working with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments Ability to gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and deliver technical solutions Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative team environment Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Information Technology, or related discipline Preferred Qualifications: SAP QM Certification Experience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food & beverage, or automotive Familiarity with tools such as SAP Fiori apps for quality management Knowledge of S/4HANA Quality Management functionality and best practices Exposure to digital quality systems or industry-specific quality initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen) What We Offer: Remote work flexibility with international project exposure Competitive compensation and incentive packages Opportunities for fast-tracked leadership roles in SAP functional streams A collaborative and innovation-driven work environment Access to large-scale SAP transformation projects across industries About Pentoz: Pentoz is a dynamic technology and consulting company focused on accelerating enterprise transformation through smart, efficient, and scalable solutions.
