Job Description This is a remote position. The Opportunity: Pentoz is seeking a highly skilled SAP Real Estate (RE) Expert to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP RE-FX solutions for global clients. This role focuses on managing the full lifecycle of real estate processes—contract management, leasing, space management, and compliance—using SAP’s flexible real estate management capabilities. You will work with enterprise stakeholders across industries such as infrastructure, retail, manufacturing, and government to digitize and streamline real estate portfolios. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP RE-FX module implementation and support activities including business blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation Configure and manage real estate master data (buildings, business entities, parcels, land, rental objects, etc.) Handle real estate contracts including lease-in, lease-out, service, sales, and mixed-use agreements Integrate SAP RE-FX with modules like FI (Financial Accounting), CO (Controlling), PM (Plant Maintenance), and PS (Project Systems) Ensure compliance with lease accounting standards such as IFRS 16 and ASC 842 Enable workflows for property maintenance, space usage, rental accounting, and property lifecycle management Customize condition types, settlement rules, payment schedules, and asset leasing processes Work closely with business users to gather requirements and provide expert-level functional solutions Deliver training, user documentation, and post-go-live support Support real estate performance analysis using reports, KPIs, and dashboards Required Qualifications: 4–6+ years of experience in SAP RE or SAP RE-FX implementation and support Deep knowledge of lease-in/lease-out processes, real estate contract management, and condition management Proven experience in integrating RE-FX with SAP FI/CO and related modules Strong understanding of global real estate standards and accounting compliance (IFRS/US GAAP) Experience in configuration of business entities, rental objects, usage types, and master data structures Strong client-facing, analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Information Systems, or related field Preferred Qualifications: SAP Certification in RE-FX or related SAP Finance modules Experience in SAP S/4HANA environments with RE-FX functionalities Familiarity with real estate management for public sector, utilities, or large corporate environments Exposure to space management, facility management, or geographic integration (e.g., GIS tools) Experience with document management systems and property-related analytics What We Offer: Fully remote role with flexible work hours Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives Direct involvement in global real estate transformation projects Access to leading-edge SAP real estate tools and cloud migration programs Career advancement toward roles such as Real Estate Solution Architect or SAP Finance Lead About Pentoz: Pentoz is a global innovation-driven technology company that delivers digital transformation solutions across industries.
