• Job title - SAP SD Business Process Owner (S/4HANA)
• Client Location - Budapest, Hungary
• Remote work offering - 60% (2 days per week onsite)

Project focus

An international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme rolling a global Core Model out to local sites. You will lead business transformation and process readiness for the Sales and Distribution / Order to Cash area, aligning local business teams with the template processes, driving change management and making sure each deployment lands successfully.

Key skills and Experience required

• Strong end-to-end functional expertise in SAP SD / Order to Cash processes
• Solid hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience; S/4HANA Public Cloud exposure is a strong advantage
• Proven track record on Core Model / Global Template programmes and international rollouts
• Experience preparing and running Fit-to-Template / Fit-to-Standard workshops
• Gap analysis, business process analysis and process mapping
• Gathering business requirements and translating them into clear inputs for IT and SAP delivery teams
• Site readiness and business prerequisites ahead of deployment, working with site managers and local stakeholders
• Supporting UAT, cutover, Go-Live and hypercare
• Change management, user adoption and training delivery
• Strong stakeholder management, comfortable bridging Business and IT
• Fluent English is mandatory
