SAP Solution Lead, Finance

Your role

Are you an experienced SAP Finance professional ready to take broader ownership of solutions, development and collaboration across business, SAP CoE and partners?

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Lead, Finance, to strengthen our SAP Center of Excellence. In this role, you will own and develop the Finance solution area, guide priorities, and ensure that our SAP solutions support current business needs, compliance requirements, and our future SAP roadmap. You will combine hands-on SAP Finance expertise with end-to-end solution ownership and leadership. The Finance solution area is divided among several experts based on individual interests and areas of expertise.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities include:

• Leading the development and continuous improvement of SAP Finance solutions. Translating business requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant SAP solutions.
• Owning the Finance solution roadmap, development backlog and lifecycle in alignment with business priorities and the wider SAP roadmap.
• Acting as the Finance Stream Lead in SAP projects and leading smaller development initiatives from planning through delivery. Supporting projects, enhancements, upgrades, testing and operational stability within the Finance solution area.
• Working closely with business stakeholders, process owners, key users, SAP experts and external partners.
• Following SAP innovations and identifying opportunities to improve solutions, processes and ways of working, with particular interest in SAP Fiori, Joule and AI-enabled capabilities, Clean Core principles, SAP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud technologies.

The position is based in Espoo, Finland, and reports to the Head of SAP CoE. Please note that relocation support is not available for this position.

What are we looking for?

• A proven track record in SAP work and more than 7 years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands-on SAP Finance expertise and understanding of end-to-end finance processes and related integrations. Finance solution area is divided among several experts, so you may have spesific area of expertise.
• Experience in solution design and the ability to take ownership of complex topics and see the bigger picture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, positive and solution-oriented mindset.
• The ability to lead and drive work forward while also being a strong team player.
• Excellent collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to work effectively across business, IT and external partner organizations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Additional expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and OpenText solutions, including VIM (Vendor Invoice Management) and eArchive, is highly valued.
• Experience or strong interest in SAP Fiori, BTP, Joule and AI topics, Clean Core principles, SAP Integration Suite and SAP Cloud technologies is also considered a strong asset as we develop our SAP landscape towards the future.
